SCHWARZENT · QUESTIONS

Who owns the channel and the material?

You do — the channel is created on your Google account, and we work only on administrator access that expires the day the cooperation ends.

We do not build the channel on our account so we can later have leverage in a negotiation. That sounds obvious until you read contracts where the agency owns the channel and the client is a "content user" — and at parting the library, the subscribers and the search position stay on the other side of the table.

Transfer of rights to the material is written into the contract: source files, editing projects, graphics and thumbnails are yours the moment the invoice for the month they were made is paid.

The exception we state openly: our tools stay ours. You get the format documentation — what works in your niche and what did not — which is an instruction you can execute without us.

If this sounds like your situation, the brief takes five short steps and you get a quote within a day.
