Cookie policy

schwarzent.com · version 1.0 · effective 5 September 2026 · the Polish version is the binding one

In short: schwarzent.com sets no cookies at all — none of its own, no advertising and no tracking ones. We keep only a handful of technical settings in your browser, without which the site would work worse, and they do not require consent. We count visits without cookies and without identifying anyone.

This document supplements our privacy policy and describes everything the site may store in your browser or fetch from external servers during your visit. The controller is Filip Czerniak Schwarz Entertainment, ul. Północna 2, 98-320 Osjaków, Poland, Tax ID 8322101952 — contact: partnerships@schwarzent.com. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

§1 What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website can save on your device and read on later visits. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works similarly: the site saves data there, but it is not sent automatically with every request to the server. The law (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act) treats both techniques the same way: storing information that is strictly necessary to provide a service you yourself requested needs no consent; everything else does.

§2 What we store in your browser

Every item below is technical data stored solely so that the site works the way you expect. They contain no personal data, are not sent to our server and are not used for tracking.

NameType and lifetimePurpose
sz_cookie_noticelocalStorage · until you delete it Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice bar, so it does not reappear on every visit.
wallsetlocalStorage · until you delete it The number of the thumbnail set shown in the "wall" gallery on the home page — on your next visit you see a different set instead of the same one.
schwarzent_brief_kreator_v1sessionStorage · until the tab is closed A draft of the multi-step brief form (/en/brief). If you accidentally refresh the page, your answers do not disappear. Cleared after the form is submitted.
schwarzent_strategia_kreator_v1sessionStorage · until the tab is closed The same for the personal-brand strategic brief.

That is all. The site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn), no Google Analytics and no other tools that build a visitor profile.

§3 Visit statistics

To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics — a tool from our hosting provider. It works without cookies and without any identifier stored in the browser: it counts page views and traffic sources using a temporary, truncated hash of request data that cannot be linked to a specific person or used for cross-site tracking. That is why we do not ask for consent to analytics — there is nothing to consent to.

§4 Content from external servers

YouTube videos. The players on our pages load only after you click a thumbnail, in privacy-enhanced mode (the youtube-nocookie.com domain). Until that click YouTube receives no request from your browser. Once a video starts, the player is operated by Google Ireland Ltd., which may store its own data in your browser under Google's privacy policy.

Animation libraries. The scripts behind the site's animations are fetched from the jsDelivr CDN. The CDN server sees standard technical request data (IP address, browser type) but stores no cookies in your browser.

Fonts are served from our own server — we do not connect to Google Fonts.

Forms. Form data reaches external services only when you click "send": the contact form and the report download are handled by FormSubmit; the brief and the form for brands by a Google Apps Script that saves the submission in our spreadsheet. Details, legal bases and retention periods are in the privacy policy.

§5 How to control it

You can delete every entry from §2 at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site data; Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data). You can also block site storage entirely — the site will keep working; only the notice bar will reappear and the brief form will not remember your answers after a refresh.

You can bring the notice bar back with this button:

§6 Changes

If we ever deploy a tool that requires consent (e.g. an advertising pixel or cookie-based analytics), a consent mechanism with the option to refuse will appear first, and this document will be updated with a new effective date. The current version is always at schwarzent.com/en/cookie-policy. Version 1.0 — effective 5 September 2026.
