In short: schwarzent.com does not set any cookies, whether its own, advertising or tracking ones. We save in your browser only a few technical settings without which the website would work worse, and they do not require consent. We count visit statistics without cookies and without identifying anyone.
This document supplements our privacy policy and describes everything the website may save in your browser or download from external servers during your visit. §1 What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can save on your device and read on subsequent visits. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way: the website saves data in it, but that data is not sent automatically to the server with every request. The law (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive) treats both techniques in the same way: storing information that is necessary to provide a service you have requested yourself does not require consent; everything else does.
§2 What we save in your browser
All the items below are technical data saved only so that the website works the way you expect. They are not sent to our server and are not used for tracking. They do not contain personal data, with one exception: the brief draft stores what you type into the form yourself, and it stays in this browser tab until you send the brief or close the tab.

That is all. The website does not set its own cookies, does not use advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn), and does not use Google Analytics or any other tools that build a visitor profile.
§3 Visit statistics
To count visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, a tool provided by our hosting provider. It works without cookies and without an identifier saved in the browser: it counts page views and traffic sources on the basis of a temporary, truncated hash of the request data, which cannot be linked to a specific person or used for tracking across websites. That is why we do not ask for consent to analytics: there is nothing to consent to.
§4 Content from external servers
YouTube videos. On pages with videos, your browser downloads video thumbnails from YouTube servers (i.ytimg.com, Google Ireland Ltd.). We do not pass on the address of the page you are viewing; the server sees standard technical request data, such as the IP address and browser type. The players load only after you click a thumbnail, in privacy-enhanced mode (the youtube-nocookie.com domain). Once a video is started, the player is managed by Google Ireland Ltd., which may save its own data in the browser in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
Animation libraries and fonts are part of the website files and load from our server. We do not use external CDNs or Google Fonts.
Forms. Form data reaches external services only at the moment you click the submit button: the brief goes through Google Apps Script to our spreadsheet in Google Workspace, and a sign-up for the course waiting list passes through our function on Vercel servers to a separate spreadsheet. The details, legal bases and storage periods are described in the privacy policy.
§5 How to stay in control
You can delete all the entries from §2 at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site data; Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data). You can also block websites from saving data altogether: the website will still work, except that the information bar will appear again and the brief form will not remember your answers after a refresh.

§6 Changes
If we ever introduce a tool that requires consent (for example an advertising pixel or analytics based on cookies), a mechanism for collecting that consent with the option to refuse will appear first, and this document will be updated with a new effective date. The current version is always available at schwarzent.com/polityka-cookies.
Version 1.1 is effective from 13 October 2026: a new list of items saved in the browser (a draft of the new brief instead of the former forms and gallery), video thumbnails loaded from YouTube servers, animation libraries from our server instead of jsDelivr, forms without FormSubmit. Version 1.0 was effective from 5 September 2026.
