What your company gets every month
For a flat monthly fee, you get the whole channel: data-backed topics, episodes, shorts, publishing and reporting, and no one on your leadership team has to be on camera.
Episodes
4 long-form episodes, always published on the same day of the week.
Shorts
30 shorts cut from the episodes and posted on 4 platforms: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
Topics
A quarterly calendar of 12 topics. For each topic, we note what your customers type into YouTube and what they can’t find there yet.
Production
Script, narration, editing, graphics and thumbnails. If an episode gets off to a slow start, we swap the thumbnail after 48 hours and measure the difference.
Publishing
A description, a pinned comment and a tracked link to your website under every video.
Measurement
We review every episode after 7 days. You can see the results anytime, and once a month you get a report with our recommendations.
02Risk and contract
What goes into the contract
The contract keeps your risk small: one number you can check yourself, a guarantee measured in months of work, and a channel that belongs to your company from the start.
- One number you can check
- Before we start, we agree on one number you can check yourself on the public YouTube counter, usually the channel’s total views in the first six months after the first video goes live. We set the target after researching your niche.
- Guarantee
- If we do not reach that number within 6 months, we run the channel for another 3 months, with the same scope, at no charge.
- What the guarantee does not cover
- Sales, leads or revenue, because those also depend on your product, your pricing and your sales team. We report them, but we do not promise them. If publishing stalls because approvals are late, the deadline moves by the same amount of time. There are no refunds.
- Term
- The contract runs for at least 6 months, because anything shorter is too short to judge. After that it continues with 3 months’ notice, and during that time we finish the episodes already in production.
- Ownership
- The channel is created on your Google account, and we get a manager role that you can remove with one click. Subscribers, videos, data and any money YouTube pays out for the channel stay with you, including after we stop working together.
- Category exclusivity
- In any one category, we run a channel for only one company, and we put that in the contract.
- Rights to the footage
- We build the picture from graphics, animated charts, your product materials and licensed footage. We never use clips from other people’s videos in company episodes.
6 months to reach the number in the contract
3 more months at no charge if it is not reached
03Your time
How much of your team’s time it takes
0
shooting days for your leadership, in the default version with nobody on camera
In the default version, nobody from your leadership appears on camera. Each episode is a video essay with a narrator, graphics and your product materials.
We need one person who can sign off. They approve the topic calendar within 48 hours, and titles and thumbnails within 24 hours.
You get the topics for the whole quarter in advance, so your legal team has time to review them.
If you would rather have a host on camera, we record 4 episodes in one shooting day a month.
04Plan
From signing to the results review
