YouTube channel management for your company, from topic to report

Schwarzent offers companies a done-for-you YouTube channel. Research, scripts, narration, editing, publishing and measurement all sit with one team. You bring the product and one person to approve the topics.

When we review the numbers

Our measurement plan on a timeline. Pick a point to see what happens that day.

Day 1

Plan for leadershipWe agree on one number you can verify yourself on YouTube and put it in the contract.

MeasurementOn day 1 we set the number for the contract and the metrics we track.

Day 45

Plan for leadershipThe first hard data from the tracked links: traffic, clicks and sign-ups by topic.

MeasurementOn day 45 you get the first link report.

Day 90

Plan for leadershipA review of the numbers: what stays in the plan, what gets cut and why.

MeasurementOn day 90 we review the numbers and tell you what’s working and what gets cut.

Month 6

Plan for leadershipWe check the number in the contract. If we haven’t hit it, we keep working for 3 more months at no charge.

What the first month and the first quarter look like

The first month, week by week, and how we measure the channel’s results.

  1. Week oneResearch into your niche and a topic calendar for your approval.
  2. Week twoFormat and narrator, or a casting for a host.
  3. Week threeChannel setup and production of the first episodes.
  4. Week fourThe first episode goes live. We confirm the start date in the contract.

How we measure

Google’s brand lift studies only work with paid campaigns, so for a channel we use our own measurement model. Every episode carries a tracked link to your website. We suggest adding a “How did you hear about us?” question to your contact form. Every month we also check Google Search Console to see whether more people are searching for your company’s name.

What you get every month

For a flat monthly fee, you get the whole channel: data-backed topics, episodes, shorts, publishing and reporting, and no one on your leadership team has to be on camera.

  1. Episodes

4 long-form episodes, always published on the same day of the week.

  2. Shorts

30 shorts cut from the episodes and posted on 4 platforms: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.

  3. Topics

A quarterly calendar of 12 topics. For each topic, we note what your customers type into YouTube and what they can’t find there yet.

  4. Production

Script, narration, editing, graphics and thumbnails. If an episode gets off to a slow start, we swap the thumbnail after 48 hours and measure the difference.

  5. Publishing

A description, a pinned comment and a tracked link to your website under every video.

  6. Measurement

We review every episode after 7 days. You can see the results anytime, and once a month you get a report with our recommendations.

Two episode formats

0shooting days

Faceless, our default

Each episode is a video essay. A narrator carries the story, and we build the visuals from graphics, animated charts, your product materials and licensed footage. No one from your company has to be on camera, so your calendar has 0 shooting days.

The voice is a professional narrator matched to your brand, or someone from your company who records just their voice, remotely.

1shooting day per month

With a host

If you have someone who’s good on camera, we record 4 episodes with them in a single day each month. If you don’t, we hold a casting: 3 host candidates, a test recording on a real topic and your pick within 48 hours.

In company episodes we never use clips from other creators’ videos, so your channel won’t get copyright claims over borrowed footage. AI helps with research and production, but a real person writes and signs off on every episode.

What we need from you

  1. One person with sign-off authority. They approve the topic calendar within 48 hours, and titles and thumbnails within 24 hours.
  2. Time for legal review in the schedule. You get the whole quarter’s topics in advance, so legal review is in the calendar from day one.
  3. Manager access to your channel. We never ask for passwords. The channel, the subscribers and the materials are yours from day one and stay with you if we part ways.
  4. Product materials, brand assets and a list of topics or phrases to avoid.
  5. UTM-tagged links and read-only access to your analytics, so the report shows the traffic to your website.

Our guarantee and quarterly slots

Before we start, we agree on one number you can verify yourself on the public YouTube counter, usually the channel’s total views in the first six months after the first video goes live. We set the target after researching your niche and put it in the contract. If we don’t reach it within 6 months, we run the channel for 3 more months, same scope, at no charge.

The guarantee doesn’t cover sales, leads or revenue, because those also depend on your product, your pricing and your sales team. We report on them, but we don’t promise them. If publishing stalls because approvals come in late, the deadline moves back by the same amount of time. There are no refunds.

Every quarter we open 5 slots for new channels, and we run a channel for only one company per category. Category exclusivity is written into the contract.

6 months to hit the target

3 months at no charge

The guarantee in months. The outlined months only kick in if we miss the number in the contract.

Questions we hear most

Who owns the channel?

You do. The channel is created under your Google account, and we get manager access. The subscribers, videos and data stay with you, even after we stop working together.

What if it doesn’t work?

On day one, we put the number we’ll be judged by in the contract. You get the first link report on day 45, and if we haven’t hit that number after 6 months, we keep working at no charge.

When will we see the first results?

The first episode goes live in the fourth week after signing. We review every episode after 7 days, you get the first link report on day 45, and we check the contract number after 6 months.

Do you buy views?

No. The numbers on our channels come from organic traffic, and we build your channel the same way. If you also want to run ads, we report them separately so they don’t blur the channel’s results.

How much of our time will it take each week?

With no one on camera, it comes down to approvals: the topic calendar once a quarter, plus titles and thumbnails before each release. The version with a host adds one shooting day a month.

Do you use AI to make the episodes?

We use AI for research and to speed up production. A person writes the script, a professional narrator or someone from your company reads it, and Filip approves every episode before it goes live.

Do you run channels for our competitors?

We run a channel for only one company per category, and we put that in the contract.
